HAVANA — Cuba finally scored in a World Cup qualifying match on Friday, but it was too little and too late.
Panama (3-clinched a spot in next year’s hexagonal as the second-place finisher in Group B, while Cuba finished at 0-6-0.
Alberto Gomez gave Panama the lead in the 38th before Nelson Barahona equalized for the hosts.
