Jamaican international striker Luton Shelton climaxed a memorable week on Saturday.
Shelton came off the bench to score the equalizer in the 84th minute for Karabukspor in its 1-1 home draw with Trabzonspor in a Turkish First Division match.
Volcan Sen had given Trabzonspor the lead in the 20th minute.
On Wednesday, Shelton struck for a brace to lead Jamaica to a 2-0 victory over El Salvador in an international friendly at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.
Memorable week, indeed.
The Reggae Boyz will play the United States in a vital World Cup qualifying series next month.
They host the Americans in Kingston, Jamaica in a CONCACAF Group A encounter on Sept. 7 before visiting the U.S. in Columbus, Ohio four days later.
