Britto got a slight deflection of the ball before it rolled to Arcia, who before knocking a left-footed shot inside the right post from seven yards

The T&T side made it 2-0 as Johny Giron blocked Clyde Leon’s cross. The Xelaju defender, however, could not clear the ball. Jerrel Britto ran on to the loose ball, touched it to his right to an unmarked Rennie Britto, and he finished from the middle of the penalty area.

Xelaju sliced the lead in half when Chinchilla headed a ball that Joevin Jones was unable to clear with his head. Chinchilla volleyed it as it fell at the top of the box, sending it in off the crossbar and into the net.

Chinchilla equalized as he dribbled to the top of the penalty area, touched it to his left and launched a hard shot past Williams.

Both sides will play 11-time Mexican league champion Chivas de Guadalajara later in Group 8.
