Canada coach Stephen Hart announced a 22-man training camp roster for World Cup qualifying on Thursday, a roster that includes several veterans.
Dwayne DeRosario, Julian de Guzman, Kevin McKenna, Atiba Hutchinson and Ante Jazic were among the players called into camp, which will be held in south Florida for two qualifiers — in Cuba on June 8 and against Honduras in Toronto on June 12.
De Ro, the reigning MLS MVP, is the biggest name on the roster, although Jazic, at 36, is the oldest. Samuel Piette, at 17, is the youngest player on the roster.
The team will begin training in Florida on May 27.
