Ex-NY Cosmos prez authors children’s book

Posted on March 20, 2012

Former New York Cosmos president Clive Toye, who wrote A Kick In The Grass, has authored a children’s soccer book.

His new book is called, “Toby and The Greatest Game.” It is about soccer and an evil man on the Mountain of Greed who wants to control it all and of Toby, the magical ball.

Toby takes his new friends Cameron, Natalie and Daniel to places of great soccer and high adventure with danger always not too far behind from the evil man Joe Seffff and his agent, coach Andre Dred.

The book is available in book or e-book form from iUniverse, Amazon and other suppliers.

A Kick In the Grass was Toye’s recounting of the North American Soccer League’s 17 years of developing the game in the United States.
