Delroy Facey did not figure in the scoring of Lincoln City’s 2-1 home win over Southend in English League Two (Fourth Division), but he certainly had his moments as he played the full 90 minutes.
Fahey enjoyed an active game, taking several shots and setting up teammates. His throw-in set up Ben Hutchinson in the second minute, but the Lincoln City player’s shot was saved by goalkeeper Rhys Evans.
Early in the second half, Fahey again set up Hutchinson with a cross, but Evans made the save.
Jason Roberts and Stephen Peters
Roberts and Peters did not play because Blackburn Rovers did not have an EPL match this week. The Rovers next will play when they host Blackpool on Saturday, March 19.
